AT type automatic soda filling stand family
The automatic filling stand family is the most modern, most productive, family of machines for filling all types of siphon bottles. The filling process is controlled by microprocessor control, which can be easily programmed to fill any volume of cylinder. The filling heads are individually controlled, the movement is carried out by pneumatics. The automatic filling process starts with the touch of an inductive switch after placing the siphon head in the filling adapter.
First step is the emptying of the internal pressure from the bottle, then the filling begins. When the pressure equilibration is followed, venting is up next, then the bottle will be filled with the pre-set amount. At the end of the process, the operator should only remove the filled bottle and insert the next one. Chargers are made from 1- to 7-head versions.

Filling siphon head bottles
Large scale filling line
Conventional rack-mount filler head
Filling head
The filling head is suitable for filling siphon-type sodawater bottles to control the amount of filling. Can be installed in any type of traditional rack! The head is directly opened and the release is done by pressing the button. It will accelerate and ease charging by 25-30% compared to the scratch-resistant heads. All the same amount of liquid is added to each bottle. The amount of the filling can be adjusted by adjusting the pressure of the bottles. This can be achieved by adjusting a control valve
To load different volume cylinders, no conversion is required, but if necessary, adjustments can be made at any time.
Drawing of the filler head
Mounting and adjusting does not require any special expertise. Small possibility of failure, replacement of wear parts, seals can be easily solved.
The filling head has a certification certificate from the National Food Inspection Institute.
We only sell this charger with warranty and license in the country!
